How do I write a resignation letter?

I'm quitting my job today, and I need to write a resignation letter. (I work at McDonalds so it doesn't need to be anything fancy.) I want to say that my resignation will be effective as of Tuesday 10th Feb, after I complete my last shift. What should I write?

Sincerely [signature here] Idiot on Yahoo or if you're a permanent part time worker and you have to give two weeks notice say Please accept this letter as my two-weeks notice of resignation. My last day of work will be blah blah like it doesn't have to be big. they don't really care i guess. fast food is dodgy anyway hope this helps
