- Try the Better Business Bureau. I've always had better luck dealing with them.
- buy a pistol for killing them,
- if you are in India, You can easily find people out side the Labour Court who can guide you to file a complaint against that company. The solution is just couple of hundred years away and you just end up spending 20 times your one month salary with sweet tongue Lawyers, apart from unlimited visits to the Court. This is called Justice in India.
- You should have complained to higher-ups when you were being abused. No matter what the actual reasons are, companies cite performance reasons and sack employees or ask them to resign. This is more common with those under probation which normally ranges from 3 to 6 months from the date of joining. Read the employment contract that you signed before joining. Maybe you can't complain or do anything about your employment termination, but the company should pay you the salary unless the salary on termination of services during probation clause in the contract says the company is not bound to do so.
- tell him that you have good relations with media people and you will give this topic to them for their breaking news.
