What to write in my resignation letter?

I'm currently on Maternity Leave and do not wish to return to work at the end of it. What should I put in my resignation letter? Could you help me with the wording? thanks!

6. What you should write depends on how you feel about you employer and whether you will need a reference from them in the future. Personally I have never burned my bridges no matter how I felt so I woulld use phrases such as - "Have enjoyed my time with you" "Will miss the work I do and my fellow employees" "Wish the Company all the best for the future" "Change of circumstances have brought about this letter" Anything in the above way will be remembered favourably because you never know when you may need them again
7. As you are aware I am on Materiy leave and over the period of time I have been off work I have come to the conclusion that my Motherhood is important enough to me that I will not be returning to work after said leave has expired. ~~
8. Be truthful. Truth is the best policy. Besides, they will know if you are snowballing them. Be short and to the point. Less is more. Keep it on one page, preferably in three short paragraphs. Let them know how much you did enjoy working for them - even highlight your favorite thing. Then let them know why you are leaving. Make sure you are clear on everything, and do it on good terms, that way, when you are ready to return to work someday, you will still have a good reference with the company. Good luck!
