Does my company Can file an Absconding case? I already resign for 2 months already?

I resign from my company 2 months ago at free zone SAIF-ZONE Sharjah.I work only for 10 months. the reason I resign they did not follow the salary written in my offer letter and no payslip was given and I want to go home back in my country phillippines.When I tender my resignation they compute my my accounts in the company and they did not give my salary so that my visa will be paid, and again they put additional they request that I will pay my leave that that I never used , So I talk to them that give me time to find a money,now I asked to them what is the reson why I should have to pay my leave? They will not answer., but reply If you will not pay, they will Filed me an ABSconding Case against me. 1. Do my company can file an absconding for my case? 2. 2. Safi Zone is an Arab Emeritus soccer team, according to my searches, so your contract is between you and them as a player. You signed on for xx number of months, you did not full-fill your contract accordingly as you say, you left and resigned, thus you put yourself into a non negotiable situation.
