  1. My resignation letter that I submitted a month ago simple said. This is an official letter of resignation. I am resigning my position as________ with company name. My last day will be ______. Thank you for the opportunities that I was given. Straight to the point not rude or disrespectful.
  2. Well, I gotta start with this: Have you spoken with the doctor or the Office Manager about the behavior of the others in the office? That's simply unprofessional behavior, and where I come from, it wouldn't be tolerated (by other employees, management, or clients). A resignation letter should be fairly straight forward. Don't go into why you're leaving, just that you are. If he questions you in private, you can let him know, but it doesn't really have a place in the letter itself. Something like this should work: Dear Dr. Smith, For various reasons, I will be resigning from your practice, effective two weeks from today. It has been my pleasure working for you. Sincerely, Alwayz
